Nature Prescribing: Research & Resources
We have launched a Nature Prescribing Toolkit which we are currently exploring as an intervention to support adolescent mental health and well-being in a feasibility study at the Children's Hospital-London Health Sciences Centre in collaboration with Western University.
Health of Benefits of Nature Connections
Nature connections can improve our whole health: the health of our mind, body, emotions and spirit.
There is vast knowledge about these benefits, spanning Indigenous Knowledge, cultural and religious stories and text, personal experience, and a rapidly expanding library of Western scientific literature.
